Honey Fruit Parfait Delight

This is my new favorite breakfast.  I created it from things I love.  It is also very healthy.


RECIPE:


What you will need:

    1 small parfait cup

    Bran Flakes

    Rice Crispies

    Almond Slivers

    Strawberries

    Blueberries

    Honey


How to:

    Make a small layer of bran flakes in the bottom of the cup.  Add a second layer of Rice Crispies.  Add a third layer of bran flakes for the top.  Slice strawberries into 1/8th inch slices and place on top of the bran flakes.  Sprinkle a few sliced almonds among the strawberries.  Top off with several juicy, fresh blueberries.  Finally, drizzle honey over the entire thing and enjoy!
